All scheduling requests should include the following information:
- Date and time requested including setup and cleanup time
- Event owner/designated contact responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the space in use for any activities in the MK camp, their name and contact information for scheduling
Middle Kingdom camp staff is in no way responsible for set up or clean up for events in the camp.
The event contact will receive a confirmation email from Baroness Emmiken when the event is officially scheduled. A request does not constitute a confirmation of the event. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the event is not on the schedule.
